Fee Structure

Upon execution of an agreement, the client will pay to Hanover Search Partners a fee which reflects one-third (1/3) of the anticipated service fee. This portion of the service fee is non-refundable. This total fee is based on a salary expectation which is determined by the client. The client shall not be obligated to pay a service fee to Hanover Search Partners for any candidate not referred by Hanover Search Partners, including internal candidates.

The final installment shall be paid within 30 days of candidates start date under the assumption the candidate was referred by Hanover Search Partners. The final payment amount will be determined based on the agreed upon salary between the selected candidate and the client.
